The “Administration de la Navigation Aérienne”, placed under the authority of Luxembourg’s Ministry of Transport is the designated Air Navigation Service Provider in Luxembourg.

We are looking to recruit experienced personnel for the Luxembourg Airport in Findel

EXPERT-COMPTABLE (m/f)

comme indépendant

avec un minimum de 10 années d’expérience dans le domaine de la comptabilité commerciale et la finance d’entreprises

Votre fonction :

  • Restructuration du processus d’établissement du budget
  • Etablissement du budget annuel
  • Restructuration, supervision et gestion du programme de gestion du budget (SAP)
  • Maintenance des relations avec l’Inspection Générale des Finances et le Ministère du Développement durable et des Infrastructures
  • Collaboration dans le cadre des relations internationales dans le domaine de l’aviation civile
  • Etablissement d’un plan financier prévisionnel et d’un « business plan » pluriannuel
  • Suivi des projets financiers
  • Mise en place de procédures financières et comptables
  • Mise en pratique des constatations d’audits
  • Compréhension et adaptation de la comptabilité étatique et de la comptabilité privée
  • Etablissement des comptes annuels selon les principes comptables luxembourgeois et en conformité avec la    loi comptable luxembourgeoise
  • Relation avec le réviseur d’entreprises lors de la révision des comptes et de la revue du contrôle interne

Votre profil :

  • Formation supérieure en comptabilité (Bac +5) de niveau universitaire
  • Très bonne maîtrise de l’informatique (Microsoft Windows et Microsoft Office)
  • Connaissance des dispositions de la comptabilité de l’Etat luxembourgeois
  • Une personnalité dynamique, rigoureuse avec un sens relationnel
  • Langues : luxembourgeois, français, anglais, allemand

AIS / ARO PERSONNEL (m/f)

Candidates will:

  • Work in Data Management (code/decode aeronautical information, compile and process dynamic data, publish NOTAM and Snowtam, maintain static AIP publications and coordinate with data sources)
  • Process flight plans and associated messages as well as ATFM messages
  • Provide information for flight preparation
  • Maintain supporting material, operating standards and procedures

Candidates should:

  • have a sound knowledge of ARO work and ICAO and EC regulations in that domain
  • be detail conscious and accurate
  • be open for irregular work (24/7 basis)
  • be fluent in English; French and Luxembourgish are an advantage

WEATHER FORECASTER AND OBSERVER FOR AERONAUTICAL PURPOSES (m/f)

Candidates will:

  • Make weather forecasts and observations for aeronautical purposes
  • Edit warnings and forecasts for public use
  • Work according to ICAO Annex 3
  • Will work irregular shifts (24/7)

Candidates should:

  • Have 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Know all relevant CE regulations, in particular CE regulation N°2096/2005
  • Be fluent in French and English

AERODROME ASSISTANT (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist the aerodrome manager in the management of the “aerodrome” departement.
  • Assist the aerodrome manager in the execution of all necessary actions towards the certification of the Luxembourg aerodrome according to national and international law.
  • Participate in the creation of an aerodrome manual according to national and international law.
  • Assist the aerodrome manager in order to ensure that the aerodrome is operational.
  • Assist the aerodrome manager with all activity related to the fonctionning of the aerodrome.
  • Assist the aerodrome manager to define all major construction, equipment and IT projects related to air navigation.
  • Assist the aerodrome manager to organise winter services.
  • Assist the aerodrome manager to assure the safety of infrastructure works affecting the aerodrome.
  • Assist the aerodrome manager in the wildlife management.

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of national and international legislation on civil aviation.
  • Very good knowledge of French and English. Knowledge of German and Luxembourgish are an advantage.

AERODROME SAFETY ASSISTANT (m/f)

 Your responsibilities:

  • Put in place the aerodrome safety management system and maintain it.
  • Identify internal and external requirements with regard to aerodrome certification.
  • Determine the gaps and the current level of compliance with certification requirements (specific listed annexes to the convention on International Civil Aviation, EC regulation 2096/2005 and 668/2008.
  • Identify the necessary corrective action measures to reach the necessary level of compliance, taking into account some local specificities.
  • Develop the aerodrome specific part of the safety manual.
  • Propose an action plan and timelines to implement corrective measures in order to meet the certification requirements.
  • Conduct safety surveys as a matter of routine to recommend improvements where needed, to provide assurance to the aerodrome manager of the safety of activities within his area and to confirm conformance with applicable parts of the aerodrome safety management system.
  • Identify all safety hazards related with the aerodrome operations, propose mitigations to the aerodrome manager and verify the efficiency of the implemented remedial actions.
  • Keep safety records throughout the SMS operation.
  • Collaborate efficiently with all stakeholders involved such as other ANA  departments, lux-Airport, Luxair, Cargolux, Ponts et Chaussées, Service sauvetage et incendie, Direction de l’aviation civile….
  • Collaborate closely with the aerodrome manager in order to ensure safe, efficient operations at the airport.

 Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in both aerodrome and safety activities.
  • Sound knowledge of national and international legislation on civil aviation, safety and airport operations.
  • Good knowledge of French and English. Knowledge of German and Luxembourgish are an advantage.

AERODROME INSPECTOR (m/f)

Your responsibilities: 

  • Runway and taxiway inspections (FOD, surface conditions, markings),
  • Verification of the aerodrome data in the AIP and aerodrome manual,
  • Surveillance and verification of aerodrome construction and maintenance work,
  • Check guidance signs and warning signs in the manoeuvring area,
  • Check the presence of obstacles in obstacle limitation surfaces,
  • Initiating NOTAMs.

 Your profile:

  • Have several years of experience in a similar position,
  • Know all relevant national, European and international regulations,
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English and French. Fluent Luxembourgish and German are considered an advantage.
